This course is a beautiful journey for Woman into her body, to gain a  deep understanding of how it works sexually and the pleasure available  to her.

Over 4 weeks we explore the science of a woman's sexuality, including  her anatomy, hearing her body’s truth to build safety and curiosity,  different types of pleasure and orgasms. Each week you will learn how to  use breath, movement and touch to cultivate your sensual sexual self in  everyday life.

Your host: Rebecca is a Somatic Sexologist &  Counsellor with a background in Tantra, meditation and adult education.  Her love for teaching and empowering women sexually to explore, satisfy  and nourish themselves inspires her to live and deliver these deeply  healing practices.
