Whether it's through counselling, somatic sex therapy, education, or running fun and informative events and workshops. I am committed to empowering people.

I am the embodiment of growing up in a home free of shame or shutdown around sex.  I have experience big traumas in my life, sexual trauma included, and learned how to heal from deep-seated shame, to feel safe in myself, to hear my inner boundaries, communicate them with love and to rebuild my nervous system from overwhelm and shutdown. The journey always continues…

My aim is to meet all who I work with, individuals, couples or in groups, where they are, with love, full acceptance and kindness as they claim their body, their pleasure and sexual satisfaction for themselves in their own unique way. More pleasure, more freedom, more joy, more love for ourselves and each other.

I started my journey over 28 years ago with tantra, training in Australia and overseas. I was having experiences within my body I needed to understand what was happening and how to recreate them, the learning began.

​

Today, I blend evidence-based science of Polyvagal Theory, Somatic practices, Attachment Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Trauma Informed, Somatic Sex Education, Sexological Bodywork, Embodied Counselling and decades of teaching adults across many industries, together in my work.​​

With extensive training in Counselling, Somatic Sexology and Gottman Relationship Therapy, I continue to learn and grow, currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Somatic Sexology.

​

Based in beautiful Newcastle, Australia, I am the President of the Somatic Sex Educators' Association of Australasia and passionate about sex and relationships.

 

When not working or studying, you'll find me enjoying the awe of nature, dancing in the kitchen and cooking, meditating or connecting with friends and family.
