Meet REBECCA
Rebecca is a warm, caring and passionate Somatic Sexologist. She works with clients individually or as couples, on relationship and sex issues.
She understands healthy relationships are core to a happy life and works with couples to transform old patterns of frustration and disconnect into fulfilling, supportive and loving relationships.
Rebecca is dedicated to supporting people of all genders and orientations discover a healthy, satisfying sex life free from shame and pain. Whether it's through counseling, somatic sex education, or running fun and informative events and workshops, Rebecca is dedicated to empowering her clients.
She's loves geeking out on neuroplasticity and the emergence of exciting science behind somatic therapy. With a Diploma of Counselling, training in Somatic Sexology and Gottman Relationship Therapy, Rebecca continues to learn and grow. She's currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Somatic Sexology.
Based in beautiful Newcastle, Australia, Rebecca also serves on the committee of the Somatic Sex Educators' Association of Australasia.
When she's not working or studying, you'll find her enjoying the awe of nature, dancing in her kitchen, or connecting with friends and family.
WHAT I DO
I work with individuals, couples and deliver workshops. I support clients to feel safe to connect with their body, hear their body's desires, experience and cultivate their sexual energy, build arousal and orgasm. I specialise in learning how to orgasm, increase sensation, access more pleasure, feel comfortable in your body, anatomy education, communication techniques, creating boundaries and consent, body mapping.
Knowledge
MY QUALIFICATIONS
My qualifications include a Bachelor in Health Science, Diploma of Counselling, Certificate in Embodied Somatic Sexological Bodywork, Certificate in Somatic Sex Educator and Embodied Counselling. I am continuing my studies and currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Somatic Sexology.
I have completed many Tantra trainings over the past 20 years including training with the Australian School of Tantra. I am a Professional Recovery and Wellness Coach, certified by Calm Lion Training and Certificate IV in Trainer & Assessor.
I'm the Treasurer of the Somatic Sex Educators' Association of Australasia (SSEAA) and a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

I work on cultivating a sexual relationship with yourself to experience more pleasure whilst learning what to ask a sexual partner for. Sharing ways to build sexual energy, masturbating beyond a quickie or goal-focused outcome and how sexual exploration beyond familiar ways can develop new neural pathways leading to more pleasure and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
