In the comfort and privacy of your own home, join us for an hour of embodied Self-Love through Orgasmic Yoga.
Orgasmic Yoga is a way to change your habits. It is a solo experience of embodied self-love supported through breath, sound, movement and touch. The goal is not an orgasm, but the conscious sensing of the presence or absence of erotic energy, moment by moment.
When: 6.30-7.30pm Monday 1st November
Where: Zoom, link will be sent to you before each class.
As this is a group class and I am planning somatic group activities, I kindly request you connect through your computer via a fast internet connection (use an ethernet cable if possible). Please do not use your phone or tablet if possible, the movement is distracting and it will not have all the necessary features to participate in all the activities.
