Orgasmic Yoga is a way to change your habits. It is a solo experience of embodied self-love supported through breath, sound, movement and touch.
The goal is not an orgasm, but the conscious sensing of the presence or absence of erotic energy, moment by moment.
When: 7-8pm Thursday 23rd September
Where: Zoom, link will be sent to anyone registered before the class.
As this is a group class and I am planning somatic group activities, I kindly request you connect through your computer via a fast internet connection (use an ethernet cable if possible). Please do not use your phone, it will not have all the necessary features to participate in all the activities.
