This  workshop is held in a safe space where we explore the science  of a woman's sexuality, including her anatomy, hearing her body’s truth  to build safety and curiosity, different types of pleasure and orgasms.  Using breath, movement and touch she learns how to cultivate them in  everyday life.
This is a beautiful journey for Woman into her body, to gain a deep  understanding of how it works sexually and the pleasure available to  her.
