This workshop is held in a safe space where together, we explore:
> the science of a woman's sexuality, including her anatomy & physiology
> tuning in to hear her body’s truth to build safety & curiosity
> the different types of orgasms available to her
> ways to cultivate more pleasure for herself
Using breath, movement, sound, touch, and awareness, you will learn how to cultivate these for yourself in everyday life.
The most important sexual relationship a woman can have is with herself, from there she is empowered to fully share herself and ask for what she wants from her lover.
