Introduction to Women's Sexuality

• the science of a woman's sexuality, including  her anatomy
• hearing her body’s truth to build safety and curiosity
• different types of pleasure
• 7 different types of orgasms

Each week you will learn how to  use breath, movement, awareness, touch and sound to cultivate your sensual sexual self in  everyday life.

Your host: Rebecca is a Somatic Sexologist with a  background is in counselling, somatic sex education, sexological body  work and adult education. Her warmth, understanding, grounded and  inclusive approach supports clients in areas of sex, intimacy and  relationships. Rebecca is passionate about assisting people to live a  life free of sexual shame and filled with pleasure and satisfaction.
